Cold electron bolometers: High-precision sensors of extremely weak signals in terahertz wave band
Automation and Remote Control, 2013Several approaches to the problems of design, performance characteristics analysis and application of receiving systems operating in terahertz and submillimetric wave bands are considered. Possible structures of such detectors are described. Some advantages of cold electron bolometers are identified.
