The Distribution and Localization of Collagen Triple Helix Repeat Containing-1 in Naturally and Experimentally Avian Leukosis Virus Subgroup J-Infected Chickens

open access: yesFrontiers in Veterinary Science, 2020
Collagen triple helix repeat containing-1 (CTHRC1) has recently been identified as avian leukosis virus subgroup J (ALV-J) replication-dependent factor that remarkably facilitates ALV-J replication via interaction with the envelope glycoprotein (SU) of ...

Inhibition of osteoclast differentiation and collagen antibody-induced arthritis by CTHRC1. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Collagen triple helix repeat-containing1 (Cthrc1) has previously been implicated in osteogenic differentiation and positive regulation of bone mass, however, the underlying mechanisms remain unclear.

Collagen triple helix repeat containing-1 negatively regulated by microRNA-30c promotes cell proliferation and metastasis and indicates poor prognosis in breast cancer

open access: yesJournal of Experimental & Clinical Cancer Research, 2017
Background Collagen triple helix repeat containing-1 (CTHRC1), which was firstly identified overexpressed in the adventitia and neointima of injured rat arteries, could inhibit collagen expression and increase cell migration.

Correlation of Collagen Triple Helix Repeat Containing1 Overexpression with Lymph Node and Peritoneal Metastasis in Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

International Journal of Gynecological Cancer, 2017
This study aimed to reveal whether collagen triple helix repeat containing 1 (CTHRC1) was a predictor of peritoneal and lymph node metastases in epithelial ovarian cancer, which had not been researched by others previously.Western blot analysis showed that dramatic overexpression of CTHRC1 could be seen in most metastatic tissues.
