Abstract Healthy mature green mango fruits and physiologically injured fruits — by exposure to 4°C (cold injury) — were treated by infiltration with a solution of potential phytoalexin elicitor and were then stored in an environment favorable to mold development, i.e. 24°C and 100% R.H.

In this study, we established a rapid and efficient HPLC method to determine the accumulation of Huperzine A and Huperzine B in the fermentation broth of endophytic fungus Colletotrichum gloesporioides from Huperzia serrate. The chloroform extracts of fermentation broth were dissolved in methanol and filtered before injection for HPLC analysis.
