Clozapine‐induced diarrhea: A case report and mechanistic overview
Abstract Background Clozapine is an atypical antipsychotic that is highly effective in managing treatment‐resistant schizophrenia. However, its use is associated with a wide range of adverse effects, including agranulocytosis, seizures, sedation, and gastrointestinal issues such as constipation, and less commonly, diarrhea. While constipation is a well‐

ABSTRACT Background The risk of colorectal cancer (CRC) after serrated polyp resection remains unclear, and current surveillance recommendations rely on limited evidence. We evaluated CRC incidence in individuals with advanced serrated lesions (ASL) detected at baseline colonoscopy and compared risk according to the most advanced lesion identified ...

Abstract Objective Despite the high incidence of fetal growth restriction (FGR) in gastroschisis (GS) associated with placental fetal vascular malperfusion (FVM), the underlying mechanism remains unclear. We aimed to investigate whether umbilical vein (UV) stenosis at the abdominal wall defect impairs fetoplacental circulation, leading to FGR.

Urinary EVs provide highly pure vesicles with superior DNA quality, making them a robust and completely non‐invasive source for molecular profiling. Urinary EV‐DNA–based MRD assessment shows significant prognostic value and may serve as a practical tool for postoperative monitoring and risk stratification in colorectal cancer.
