Dendrimer Conjugates with PD‐L1‐Binding Peptides Enhance In Vivo Antitumor Immune Response
In this paper, a novel nanoparticle scaffold composed of dendrimers conjugated with peptide‐based immune checkpoint inhibitors, enhancing drug delivery efficacy is introduced. By conjugating PD‐L1‐binding peptides to dendrimers, multivalent binding effects are harnessed, resulting in enhanced binding affinity, prolonged half‐life, and improved ...

Short-Term Memory Affects Color Perception in Context
Color-based object selection — for instance, looking for ripe tomatoes in the market — places demands on both perceptual and memory processes: it is necessary to form a stable perceptual estimate of surface color from a variable visual signal, as well as

Safety Evaluation of Repeated Application of Polymeric Microarray Patches in Miniature Pigs
This study demonstrates the safety of repeated application of three types of microarray patches (MAPs), hydrogelforming, dissolving, and implantable, over four weeks in miniature pigs. No adverse skin or systemic effects were observed, supporting the clinical potential of MAPs as safe and effective drug delivery platforms.

Influence of color spaces over texture characterization [PDF]
Images are generally represented in the RGB color space. This is the model commonly used for most cameras and for displaying on computer screens. Nevertheless, the representation of color images using this color space has some important drawbacks for ...

Endothelial Colony Forming Cells (ECFCs) acted as cellular cyborgs, stealthily transporting gold nanorods (AuNRs) into tumors to enable targeted near‐infrared (NIR) hyperthermia combined with radiotherapy. This approach triggers ferroptosis in melanoma and inhibits autophagy in breast cancer, revealing a tumor‐specific response to nanomaterial‐assisted

Fatigue‐Resistant Mechanoresponsive Color‐Changing Hydrogels for Vision‐Based Tactile Robots
Mechanoresponsive color‐changing materials that can reversibly and resiliently change color in response to stress are highly desirable for diverse technologies in optics, sensors, and robots; however, such materials are rarely achieved. This work reports a fatigue‐resistant mechanoresponsive color‐changing hydrogel that exhibits reversible, resilient ...
