Colour centre studies in MoO3 films

Journal of Non-Crystalline Solids, 1978
Abstract The growth of defects in vacuum-evaporated MoO3 films has been studied by optical absorption in the present work. The as-grown films were subjected to different kinds of treatment such as thermal annealing, UV and X-ray irradiation, and their optical absorption spectra were recorded between 300 and 1500 nm at room temperature as well as at ...

Colour spectrum measurement of polyaniline film

2nd International IEEE Conference on Polymers and Adhesives in Microelectronics and Photonics. POLYTRONIC 2002. Conference Proceedings (Cat. No.02EX599), 2003
The electrochromic changes of the polyaniline films during the switching from reduced to fully oxidated forms have been studied by the in situ measurement of the colour spectrum. Two-beam spectrometer is used during the protonation-deprotonation processes in electrochemical cell designed for this measurement.
