Macrophage Extracellular Traps in Immunity and Cancer
As a macrophage‐mediated innate defense mechanism, the dysregulated release of METs drives chronic inflammation and influences tumor progression. Furthermore, METs exhibit a functional duality within the tumor microenvironment, capable of both promoting and suppressing tumor development.

Dr. Crommelin in his valuable “Comet Notes,” B.A.A. Journal, March 1922, p. 198, speaking of Reid's comet (1922 a), says “the comet must have been quite well placed for Northern observers last October and November, being of the 9th magnitude.” It seems that Mr. Reid discovered the comet only a short time before it passed out of sight.

This study elucidates that β‐elemene promotes cellular uptake of L. gasseri‐derived lactate by enhancing the membrane translocation of MCT1 in a CD147‐dependent manner. Intracellular lactate, through the lactylation of RBBP4 at the K26 site, recruits EP300 to the promoter regions of downstream genes (POLD1/POLD3), catalyzing H3K27ac modification.

This study reports the development of a fully humanized bispecific T cell engager targeting IL13RA2, a tumor‐associated antigen enriched in glioblastoma. This off‐the‐shelf immunotherapy drives potent, antigen‐dependent T cell activation and tumor killing, and prolongs survival in experimental GBM and other solid tumors models without detectable off ...

Light‐switchable MSCs (MSC‐UCNPs) were constructed by intracellular incorporation of UCNPs. Upon 980 nm irradiation, UCNPs emitted localized ultraviolet light (365 nm), activating the ROS/HEXB/LAMP1 signaling pathway to suppress lysosome–multivesicular body fusion and thereby enhance exosome biogenesis. Embedded within an injectable hydrogel, MSC‐UCNPs

PhosSight is a unified deep‐learning framework for phosphoproteome identification, featured by a phosphorylation‐aware detectability predictor. It improves identification sensitivity in DDA through deep re‐localization and rescoring, accelerates DIA searches by detectability‐guided spectral library pruning, and expands phosphoproteome coverage to ...

How Meteor Showers Can Guide the Search for Long-period Comets
With orbital periods longer than 200 yr, most long-period comets (LPCs) remain undiscovered until they are in-bound toward perihelion. The comets that pass close to Earth’s orbit are potentially hazardous objects.

In this work, we present results that simultaneously constrain the dust size distribution, dust-to-gas ratio, fraction of dust re-deposition, and total mass production rates for comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko.
