Nutritive and Anti-Nutritive Properties of Boerhavia diffusa and Commelina nudiflora Leaves

Aqueous leaf extracts of Boerhavia diffusa and Commelina nudiflora were evaluated for nutritional and anti-nutritional compositions. The results showed that both vegetables contained saponins, alkaloids and flavonoids.
