Prebiotic Ginseng polysaccharides (GP) alleviate mastitis through selective enrichment of gut L. murinus, which elevates its anti‐inflammatory metabolite deoxycholic acid (DCA). This article comprehensively reviews engineered intratumoral bacteria used in tumor therapy. The concept development, characteristics, and engineering methods of intratumoral bacteria are summarized.
