Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.This work introduces a novel Hybrid Retinal Implant (HRI), composed of a high‐density electrode array integrated with glutamatergic neurons to overcome key limitations of current retinal prostheses. Advanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.A fully automated, centrifuge‐only device can isolate and concentrate bacteria from blood for rapid sepsis diagnosis. The device enables >3×$>3\times$ bacterial enrichment and removes >$>$99.9% of blood cells. The device supports direct downstream analysis via subculturing, MALDI‐TOF, and microfluidic detection of bacteria.
