Designed Lewis Acid–Base Passivation for High Performance Perovskite Solar Cells
ABSTRACT Silicon's high cost and long energy payback time remain major barriers to the global expansion of solar power. In contrast, metal–halide perovskites offer abundant, solution‐processable absorbers, and have achieved efficiencies of 25%–30%, positioning them as strong competitors to silicon.

Tandem organic solar cells with optimized ternary acceptor engineering achieved a power conversion efficiency of 15.53% and enabled a high‐voltage mini‐module (Voc 6.11 V). Integration into a bias‐free PV‐EC system further demonstrated efficient solar‐to‐ammonia (STA) conversion (97% Faradaic Efficiency, 4± 2% STA efficiency), highlighting scalable ...

Evaluation of spectroscopic ellipsometry from ultraviolet–visible–(near-infrared) to terahertz regions for the analysis of silicon photodiodes [PDF]
Spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE) has been evaluated for the analysis of silicon photodiodes (PDs), employing instruments spanning the spectral regions of the ultraviolet-to-near-infrared (UV–Vis–NIR: 0.75–5.90 eV), near-infrared-to-mid-infrared (NIR–Mid ...

Our coaxial electrospinning system is capable of incorporating decellularized myocardial extracellular matrix in a core‐sheath configuration, creating nanofibrous scaffolds. These scaffolds, in turn, support the maintenance of functional cardiomyocytes adhered to the surface of these bioactive scaffolds.
