10-kV SiC MOSFET Power Module With Reduced Common-Mode Noise and Electric Field
The advancement of silicon carbide (SiC) power devices with voltage ratings exceeding 10 kV is expected to revolutionize medium- and high-voltage systems. However, present power module packages are limiting the performance of these unique switches.

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Common mode noise rejection properties of amplitude and phase noise in a heterodyne interferometer [PDF]
High precision metrology systems based on heterodyne interferometry can measure position and attitude of objects to accuracies of picometer and nanorad, respectively. A frequently found feature of the general system design is the subtraction of a reference phase from the phase of the position interferometer, which suppresses low frequency common mode ...

Design and analysis strategies for robust microbiome ageing research
The gut microbiome changes with age and associates with age‐related morbidity and mortality, establishing it as a potential biomarker and intervention target for ageing. Realising this potential requires methodological rigour, yet distinguishing biological signals from methodological artefacts remains challenging across cohorts. This review provides an
