Common Mode Voltage Removal using New Balancing Technique for Extraction of Low Level Differential Signals Embedded in Large Common Mode Voltages

open access: yesInternational Journal of Engineering and Advanced Technology, 2019
The paper proposes a method based on new principle for removal of common mode voltages (CMVs) present in the differential signals #. These CMVs can be reduced nearly to zero without using any components with tight tolerances which is achieved using a new balancing technique.

Transcriptional network analysis of PTEN‐protein‐deficient prostate tumors reveals robust stromal reprogramming and signs of senescent paracrine communication

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

Temperature compensated current source [PDF]

open access: yes, 1971
A current source was designed which is substantially independent of variations of temperature. The current source may be made either to have a linear dependence upon changes of temperature or, by the simple addition of a resistor, may be made ...

Common-mode voltage suppression for traction drive systems based on carrier phase shift control

open access: yes机车电传动
To suppress the common mode voltage generated by the traction system due to inverter pulse-width modulation (PWM) and to reduce electrical corrosion of the bearings and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) interference, this paper proposes a strategy for ...

Simulation Research on Zero-vector PWM Common-mode Voltage Suppression for Clamped Five-level Converters

open access: yesKongzhi Yu Xinxi Jishu, 2018
Although more and more common-mode voltage suppression methods have been adopted for high power multi-level converter, the common-mode voltage has not been completely removed.

Stability Analysis of Bipolar LVDC Grid

open access: yesInternational Transactions on Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, 2022
The study and regulation of bipolar DC structures covered by asymmetrical action, the DC symmetric part approach is implemented. This approach is an expansion of the standard principle of symmetrical components in three phase AC-controlled networks.

Exploiting metabolic adaptations to overcome dabrafenib treatment resistance in melanoma cells

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We show that dabrafenib‐resistant melanoma cells undergo mitochondrial remodeling, leading to elevated respiration and ROS production balanced by stronger antioxidant defenses. This altered redox state promotes survival despite mitochondrial damage but renders resistant cells highly vulnerable to ROS‐inducing compounds such as PEITC, highlighting redox

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Qubit compatible superconducting interconnects

open access: yes, 2017
We present a fabrication process for fully superconducting interconnects compatible with superconducting qubit technology. These interconnects allow for the 3D integration of quantum circuits without introducing lossy amorphous dielectrics.
