Weak Contractions, Common Fixed Points, and Invariant Approximations
The existence of common fixed points is established for the mappings, where is -weak contraction on a nonempty subset of a Banach space. As application, some results on the invariant best approximation are proved.

Common fixed points for family of mappings
The main aim of the present paper is to prove the existence of common fixed points for mappings which are not necessarily continuous. Our results, which are primarly motivated by investigation of Husain and Sehgal (Bull. Austral. Math. Soc.

Common Fixed Points Theorems for Self-Mappings in Menger PM-Spaces
The purpose of this paper is to prove that orbital continuity for a pair of self-mappings is a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence and uniqueness of a common fixed point for these mappings defined on Menger PM-spaces with a nonlinear ...

In Praise of Unstable Fixed Points: The Way Things Actually Work
In recent years a fashion has grown up to ascribe great importance to ``quantum critical points'' at T=0, at the boundary between the basins of attraction to the stable fixed points of ordered ground states.

Multivalued Common Fixed Points Theorem in Complex b-Metric Spaces
In this paper, we establish a result for the existence of common fixed points for multi-valued mappings, satisfying some contractions for complex-valued b-metric spaces. Finally, we present an example to illustrate and support our results.

Common fixed points for semigroups of mappings [PDF]
Let X be a compact convex subset of a strictly convex Banach space. Let S be a Hausdorff topological semigroup which is either left amenable or left reversible. Then for any generalised nonexpansive (jointly) continuous action of S on X, X contains a common fixed point of S.

A note on strong convergence to common fixed points of nonexpansive mappings in Hilbert spaces [PDF]
The aim of this paper is to investigate the links between ${\cal T}_C$-class algorithms, CQ Algorithm and shrinking projection methods. We show that strong convergence of these algorithms are related to coherent ${\cal T}_C$-class sequences of mapping ...

ABSTRACT Blinatumomab has been shown to be highly effective for patients with pediatric B‐ALL and has recently become standard of care therapy. Due to its past use in the clinical trial setting, there is limited information available about real‐world administration.

Common fixed points for faintly compatible mappings [PDF]
In this paper, we obtain a generalized common fixed point theorem for four mappings using the conditions of non-compatibility and faint compatibility.

Clinical Insights Into Hypercalcemia of Malignancy in Childhood
ABSTRACT Hypercalcemia of malignancy (HCM) is a rare but life‐threatening metabolic emergency in children that occurs in less than 1% of pediatric cancer cases, with a reported incidence ranging from 0.4% to 1.0% across different studies. While it is observed in 10%–20% of adult malignancies, pediatric HCM remains relatively uncommon.
