Equivalence after extension for compact operators on Banach spaces
In recent years the coincidence of the operator relations equivalence after extension and Schur coupling was settled for the Hilbert space case, by showing that equivalence after extension implies equivalence after one-sided extension.

Spaces of compact operators [PDF]
In this paper we study the structure of the Banach space K(E, F) of all compact linear operators between two Banach spaces E and F. We study three distinct problems: weak compactness in K(E, F), subspaces isomorphic to l~ and complementation of K(E, F) in L(E, F), the space of bounded linear operators.

Compact composition operators [PDF]
AbstractLet (Хζ,λ) be a σ-finite measure space, and let ϕ be a non-singular measurable transformation from X into itself. Then a composition transformation Cϕ on L2(λ) is defined by Cϕf = f ∘ ϕ. If Cϕ is a bounded operator, then it is called a composition operator.

This study develops a semi‐supervised classifier integrating multi‐genomic data (1404 training/5893 validation samples) to improve homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) detection in breast cancer. Our method demonstrates prognostic value and predicts chemotherapy/PARP inhibitor sensitivity in HRD+ tumours.

Ideals of compact operators [PDF]
AbstractWe give an example of a Banach spaceXsuch thatK(X, X) is not an ideal inK(X, X**). We prove that ifz* is a weak* denting point in the unit ball of Z* and ifXis a closed subspace of a Banach spaceY, then the set of norm-preserving extensionsH B(x* ⊗z*) ⊆(Z*,Y)* of a functionalx* ⊗Z* ∈ (Z⊗X)* is equal to the setH B(x*) ⊗ {z*}.

The Dirac operator on compact quantum groups [PDF]
For the q-deformation Gq , 0 < q < 1, of any simply connected simple compact Lie group G we construct an equivariant spectral triple which is an isospectral deformation of that defined by the Dirac operator D on G.

On compactness of the dbar-Neumann problem and Hankel operators
Let $\D=\D_1\setminus \Dc_2$, where $\D_1$ and $\D_2$ are two smooth bounded pseudoconvex domains in $\C^n, n\geq 3,$ such that $\Dc_2\subset \D_1.$ Assume that the $\dbar$-Neumann operator of $\D_1$ is compact and the interior of the Levi-flat points in

Structural and functional characterization of chitinase from carnivorous plant Drosera adelae
A class I chitinase from the carnivorous plant Drosera adelae was expressed and purified using a yeast system, revealing high enzymatic activity. Structural analyses of the catalytic and chitin‐binding domains identified key tyrosine residues involved in substrate binding, offering insights into the enzyme's adaptation for insect digestion.
