Predictors of response and rational combinations for the novel MCL‐1 inhibitor MIK665 in acute myeloid leukemia

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study characterizes the responses of primary acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patient samples to the MCL‐1 inhibitor MIK665. The results revealed that monocytic differentiation is associated with MIK665 sensitivity. Conversely, elevated ABCB1 expression is a potential biomarker of resistance to the treatment, which can be overcome by the combination ...

A Sensor Fusion Algorithm for Filtering Pyrometer Measurement Noise in the Czochralski Crystallization Process [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
The Czochralski (CZ) crystallization process is used to produce monocrystalline silicon for solar cell wafers and electronics. Tight temperature control of the molten silicon is most important for achieving high crystal quality.

Feasibility of a ctDNA multigenic panel for non‐small‐cell lung cancer early detection and disease surveillance

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Plasma‐based detection of actionable mutations is a promising approach in lung cancer management. Analysis of ctDNA with a multigene NGS panel identified TP53, KRAS, and EGFR as the most frequently altered, with TP53 and KRAS in treatment‐naïve patients and TP53 and EGFR in previously treated patients.

Aggressive prostate cancer is associated with pericyte dysfunction

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumor‐produced TGF‐β drives pericyte dysfunction in prostate cancer. This dysfunction is characterized by downregulation of some canonical pericyte markers (i.e., DES, CSPG4, and ACTA2) while maintaining the expression of others (i.e., PDGFRB, NOTCH3, and RGS5).

Оценивание угловой ориентации микроспутника дополняющим фильтром [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
Аналізується ефективність використання доповняльного фільтра для визначення просторової орієнтації мікросупутника. Позитивний ефект досягається за рахунок використання кількох вимірювачів з різними динамічними характеристиками.

Higher Order Nonlinear Complementary Filtering on Lie Groups

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, 2019
Nonlinear observer design for systems whose state space evolves on Lie groups is considered. The proposed method is similar to previously developed nonlinear observers in that it involves propagating the state estimate using a process model and corrects the propagated state estimate using an innovation term on the tangent space of the Lie group. In the

Tumor and germline testing with next generation sequencing in epithelial ovarian cancer: a prospective paired comparison using an 18‐gene panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Genetic testing in epithelial ovarian cancer includes both germline and tumor‐testing. This approach often duplicates resources. The current prospective study assessed the feasibility of tumor‐first multigene testing by comparing tumor tissue with germline testing of peripheral blood using an 18‐gene NGS panel in 106 patients.

Adaptive and Complementary Correlation Filter With Dynamic Contextual Constraints

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
Correlation filter-based trackers have gained more and more attention because of their great performances and relative high tracking speeds. However, this kind of trackers may suffer model drifting due to learning limited background information during ...

Stability boundaries for systems with frequency-model feedback and complacency filter [PDF]

open access: yes
General parameter-plane equations were derived to generate boundaries for a class of systems characterized by a feedback loop that contains a complementary filter and a model for either the low- or high-frequency portion of the plant.
