KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Cost Effectiveness of Complementary Medicines
Australians spend over $3.5 billion each year on complementary medicines and therapies, most commonly to assist in the management of chronic disease and improve health and wellbeing. Over the last twenty years, there has been a growing body of scientific

Dormant cancer cells can hide in distant organs for years, evading treatment and the immune system. This review highlights how signals from the surrounding tissue and immune environment keep these cells inactive or trigger their reawakening. Understanding these mechanisms may help develop therapies to eliminate or control dormant cells and prevent ...

Complementary Medicine Research Activity & Capacity: Researcher Audit Update
Health research has generally been demonstrated to be of significant value to national growth and development in both human and financial terms by optimising Australia’s capacity to address the burden of disease.1 Over the last three years more than $32 ...

On Pathos Semitotal and Total Block Graph of a Tree [PDF]
The concept of pathos of a graph G was introduced by Harary [2], as a collection of minimum number of line disjoint open paths whose union is G. The path number of a graph G is the number of paths in pathos.

A multi-task heterogeneous graph learning with cross-attention fusion for robust recommendation
Recommender systems based on graph neural networks have demonstrated strong capability in modeling complex user–item interactions; however, their performance is often hindered by data sparsity, cold-start scenarios, and negative interference among ...

Cycles in self-complementary graphs
AbstractLet G be a self-complementary graph of order p ≥ 8. It is shown that for every integer l, 3 ≤ l ≤ p − 2, G has an l-cycle. Further, if G is hamiltonian, then G is pancyclic.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Complementary Medicine Research: A snapshot
Nationally, an estimated $2.3 billion was spent in 2000 by Australians on complementary medicine (CM) products and therapists. Half to three quarters of Australians use a CM product each year and between 15-30% visit a practitioner.

Multi-view subspace clustering based on multi-order neighbor diffusion
Multi-view subspace clustering (MVC) intends to separate out samples via integrating the complementary information from diverse views. In MVC, since the structural information in the graph is crucial to the graph learning, most of the existing algorithms
