A Complementary Split-Ring Resonator (CSRR)-Based 2D Displacement Sensor
In this paper, a two-dimensional (2D) displacement sensor based on the diagonal symmetry complementary split-ring resonator (CSRR) structure is proposed. The one-dimensional (1D) displacement sensor is initially developed by etching a ring on the ground plane, and a triangle metal patch is used as the mover. When the mover is attached, a CSRR is formed,

Stretchable Complementary Split Ring Resonator (CSRR)-Based Radio Frequency (RF) Sensor for Strain Direction and Level Detection. [PDF]
In this paper, we proposed a stretchable radio frequency (RF) sensor to detect strain direction and level. The stretchable sensor is composed of two complementary split ring resonators (CSRR) with microfluidic channels. In order to achieve stretchability, liquid metal (eutectic gallium-indium, EGaIn) and Ecoflex substrate are used.

Decoupling Method Based on Complementary Split Ring Resonator (CSRR) for Two Cone Shipborne Antennas [PDF]
Shipborne antenna is the important part in the communication system of modern ships. However, the coupling between shipborne antennas greatly influences their communication performance so an effective decoupling method is needed to address the coupling ...

We propose a novel metamaterial antenna that is based on loading a single complementary split ring resonator (CSRR) onto a substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) structure. Negative order and zeroth-order resonance can be observed in the proposed structure. These resonance modes are used to reduce the antenna size.

Dual-Band Microstrip Antenna Based on Polarization Conversion Metasurface Structure
A dual-band microstrip patch antenna (MPA) based on a polarization conversion metasurface structure was designed. By etching the complementary split ring resonator (CSRR) on the ground plane, a new resonance frequency is generated.
