In patients undergoing atrioventricular node ablation, left bundle branch area pacing was associated with fewer chronic high‐threshold events, shorter procedural duration, and less atrioventricular nodal reconduction than His bundle pacing. Given the observational nature of available studies, these findings should be considered hypothesis‐generating ...

Introducing low‐voltage bridge mapping for RF AVNRT ablation in children reduces the number and duration of RF applications without prolonging procedure time. One‐year follow‐up demonstrates durable efficacy and safety, supporting LVBM as a valuable refinement of pediatric AVNRT ablation strategies. ABSTRACT Background Low‐voltage bridge mapping (LVBM)

Conceptual overview of the study design and physiological rationale underlying programmable electrogram fractionation mapping during ablation. In the primary AF cohort, 27 predefined combinations of signal width, refractory period, and roving sensitivity were systematically evaluated across 870 ablation sites during PVI to identify electrogram ...

Electrogram fragmentation and spectral EGMs features in GPs area are selectively modulated by parasympathetic tone, as demonstrated by high‐density right atrial mapping before and after vagal blockade. EGMs, bipolar atrial electrograms; GPs, ganglionated plexi; RA, right atrium.

In patients with atrioventricular block undergoing left bundle branch area pacing, shorter post‐pacing QRS duration was associated with cardiac reverse remodeling. Post‐pacing QRS duration may represent a simple and clinically applicable electrocardiographic marker for identifying patients more likely to achieve reverse remodeling.

The Japanese Catheter Ablation Registry (J‐AB): Annual Report in 2024
Analysis of 112 151 catheter ablation procedures from the 2024 Japanese Catheter Ablation (J‐AB) Registry demonstrated consistently low acute complication rates, with a slight reduction from 2023, confirming the safety of contemporary catheter ablation practice in Japan.

This study evaluated the impact of inferior vena cava (IVC) location, assessed by preoperative CT, on leadless pacemaker implantation in 96 patients. Left‐sided IVC group was significantly associated with a higher risk of multiple deployments compared to Right‐sided IVC group (67% vs. 36%, p = 0.02).
