A Suzuki-type multivalued contraction on weak partial metric spaces and applications
Based on a recent paper of Beg and Pathak (Vietnam J. Math. 46(3):693–706, 2018), we introduce the concept of Hq+ $\mathcal{H}_{q}^{+}$-type Suzuki multivalued contraction mappings.

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

A Fixed Point Theorem for L-Contraction in Generalized D-Metric Spaces
We define L-contraction mapping in the setting of D-metric spaces analogous to L-contraction mappings [1] in complete metric spaces. Also, give a definition for general D- matric spaces. And then prove the existence of fixed point for more general class ...

Completable fuzzy metric spaces
[EN] In the context of fuzzy metrics in the sense of George and Veeramani, we introduce the concept of stratified fuzzy metric. Many well-known fuzzy metrics are stratified. We prove that stratified strong fuzzy metric spaces (X, M, *) are completable, under the assumption that * is integral (positive).

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

On Various $g$-Topology in Statistical Metric Spaces
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the significance of new $g$-topologies defined in statistical metric spaces and we prove various properties for the neighbourhoods defined by Thorp in statistical metric spaces.

Some Characterizations of Complete Hausdorff KM-Fuzzy Quasi-Metric Spaces
Gregori and Romaguera introduced, in 2004, the notion of a KM-fuzzy quasi-metric space as a natural asymmetric generalization of the concept of fuzzy metric space in the sense of Kramosil and Michalek.

Sobolev spaces, fine gradients and quasicontinuity on quasiopen sets
We study different definitions of Sobolev spaces on quasiopen sets in a complete metric space equipped with a doubling measure supporting a p-Poincar\'e inequality with ...

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

On the metric compactification of infinite-dimensional $\ell_{p}$ spaces
The notion of metric compactification was introduced by Gromov and later rediscovered by Rieffel; and has been mainly studied on proper geodesic metric spaces.
