The fungal order Ophiostomatales contains numerous species important in medical fields, agriculture, and forestry, and several species have had available mitogenome information. The nuclear genome of the entomopathogenic fungus Sporothrix insectorum has been reported, while its mitogenome remains unknown.

The complete mitogenome of Acheilognathus barbatus (Cypriniformes; Cyprinidae)
Mitochondrial DNA Part A, 2014The complete mitochondrial genome was sequenced from the freshwater cyprinid fish, Acheilognathus barbatus. The mitochondrial genome sequence was 16,770 bp in size, and the gene order and contents were identical with the congeneric species A. macropterus, A. typus and A. yamatsutae. Six genes (COII, ND2, COIII, ND3, ND4 and Cytb) had an incomplete stop

The complete mitogenome of Acrossocheilus kreyenbergii (Cypriniformes; Cyprinidae)
Mitochondrial DNA Part A, 2014Acrossocheilus kreyenbergii is a small fish and widely distributed in China, for example, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Anhui, and also found in Henan province. The complete mitochondrial genome sequence of Acrossocheilus kreyenbergii has been obtained with PCR by using the conservative fragment primers of its closely relative species.
