The complete mitogenome of Acrossocheilus kreyenbergii (Cypriniformes; Cyprinidae)

Mitochondrial DNA Part A, 2014
Acrossocheilus kreyenbergii is a small fish and widely distributed in China, for example, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Anhui, and also found in Henan province. The complete mitochondrial genome sequence of Acrossocheilus kreyenbergii has been obtained with PCR by using the conservative fragment primers of its closely relative species.

Complete mitogenome of Hemiculter leucisculus (Cyprinidae: Cultrinae)

Mitochondrial DNA Part A, 2014
The complete mitogenome was first determined for a minnow Hemiculter leucisculus in this study. It is 16,622 bp in length and has 13 protein-coding genes, 2 rRNA genes, 22 tRNA genes and 1 control region. Overall nucleotide base composition is 30.4% A, 27.10% C, 17.10% G and 25.40% T.

Complete mitogenome of theArgyrogramma agnata(Lepidoptera: Noctuidae)

Mitochondrial DNA, 2013
We determined the complete mitochondrial genome (mitogenome) of the silver looper moth Argyrogramma agnata (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) (GenBank accession no. KC414791). The length of this mitogenome is 15,261 bp. All the 37 typical animal mitochondrial genes were found.

The complete mitogenome of Xenophysogobio boulengeri (Cypriniformes; Cyprinidae)

Mitochondrial DNA Part A, 2014
Xenophysogobio boulengeri is an endemic fish to mainstream and most tributaries of the upper Yangtze River. The complete mitochondrial genome sequence of X. boulengeri has been amplified and sequenced. The mitochondrial genome sequence was 16,611 bp, and the gene order and contents were identical with that of other previously reported fish with 2 rRNA ...
