Addressing Economic Insecurities Can Improve Patient‐Reported Outcomes in Lupus
Background Economic insecurities, such as food, housing, transportation, and financial challenges, are modifiable risk factors and influence patient‐reported outcomes (PROs) in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). We examined: 1) associations between economic insecurities and PROs; 2) the impact of screening and addressing economic insecurities during ...

Objective To support high‐quality, patient‐centered care for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) developed evidence‐based measures incorporating clinical and patient‐reported outcomes measures (PROMs). Using the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR), we conducted semi‐structured interviews ...

Sensitivities and correlations of nuclear structure observables emerging from chiral interactions
Starting from a set of different two- and three-nucleon interactions from chiral effective field theory, we use the importance-truncated no-core shell model for ab initio calculations of excitation energies as well as electric quadrupole (E2) and ...

Precise Asymptotics on Second-Order Complete Moment Convergence of Uniform Empirical Process
Let {ξi,1≤i≤n} be a sequence of iid U[0, 1]-distributed random variables, and define the uniform empirical process Fn(t)=n-1/2∑i=1n(I{ξi≤t}-t),0≤t≤1, Fn=sup0≤t≤1|Fn(t)|.

Complete convergence and complete f-moment convergence for m-negatively associated random variables
In this paper, the complete convergence and complete f-moment convergence for arrays of rowwise m-negatively associated (m-NA, for short) random variables are studied, which generalize and improve the corresponding ones of Hu et al. (2009) and Wang et al. (2023).

A Q‐Learning Algorithm to Solve the Two‐Player Zero‐Sum Game Problem for Nonlinear Systems
A Q‐learning algorithm to solve the two‐player zero‐sum game problem for nonlinear systems. ABSTRACT This paper deals with the two‐player zero‐sum game problem, which is a bounded L2$$ {L}_2 $$‐gain robust control problem. Finding an analytical solution to the complex Hamilton‐Jacobi‐Issacs (HJI) equation is a challenging task.

Current Tracking Adaptive Control of Brushless DC Motors
In this paper, the current tracking for Brushless Direct Current motors is approached considering uncertainty in the parameters of the motor's model. An adaptive control scheme to compensate electrical parameters uncertainty is proposed without requiring any knowledge of the mechanical parameters.

A Robust Adaptive One‐Sample‐Ahead Preview Super‐Twisting Sliding Mode Controller
Block Diagram of the Robust Adaptive One‐Sample‐Ahead Preview Super‐Twisting Sliding Mode Controller. ABSTRACT This article introduces a discrete‐time robust adaptive one‐sample‐ahead preview super‐twisting sliding mode controller. A stability analysis of the controller by Lyapunov criteria is developed to demonstrate its robustness in handling both ...
