The complete denture solution by Nigel Knott The production of a complete set of dentures that restores function and personal confidence to the edentulous patient throws up a number of challenges that require a deep understanding of the manufacturing issues involved and the needs of the patient.

A complete solution in elastodynamics
Acta Mechanica, 1990In the context of classical elastodynamics, complete representations for the displacement vector and the stress tensor are obtained in terms of a single vector obeying a wave equation. The connection between these representations and other known representations is exhibited.

Irregular solutions and completeness
Journal of Physics A: Mathematical and General, 1982It is pointed out that the bound and scattering states generated by a short-range two-body potential form a complete set even in the space of irregular solutions. Working with the relevant Wronskian relations an explicit eigenfunction expansion for the outgoing Jost solution is obtained.

Completeness of the Schwarzschild solution
Siberian Mathematical Journal, 1984The Schwarzschild solution (internal as well as external) is considered and the universal covering of it is constructed. This implies the following: If a spacetime contains both internal and external domains and each radial geodesic is extendible through the Schwarzschild radius then either there exists a cycle (a closed timelike curve) or the exterior

A Complete Solution to the Harmonic Elimination Problem
IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, 2003The problem of eliminating harmonics in a switching converter is considered. That is, given a desired fundamental output voltage, the problem is to find the switching times (angles) that produce the fundamental while not generating specifically chosen harmonics.

Complete General Solution of the Brinkman Equations
ZAMM - Journal of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics / Zeitschrift für Angewandte Mathematik und Mechanik, 1997AbstractIn this note, we introduce a new representation of the complete general solution of the Brinkman [1] equations. We also show that the representation for the velocity and pressure given by Padmavathi et al. [2] is a complete general solution of the Brinkman [1] equations.

COMPLETE SOLUTION OF A PROBLEM OF DIOPHANTUS AND EULER
Journal of the London Mathematical Society, 2005In this paper, we prove that there does not exist a set of four positive integers with the property that the product of any two of its distinct elements plus their sum is a perfect square. This settles an old problem investigated by Diophantus and Euler.

Complete Solutions of Elasticity
2013In this chapter general solutions of the homogeneous isotropic elastostatics and elastodynamics are discussed. The general solutions are related to both the displacement and stress governing equations, and emphasis is made on completeness of the solutions [See also Chap. 16.]
