Optimized design of engine intake manifold based on 3D scanner of reverse engineering
It is difficult to design the engine intake manifold in normal method because of the complex structure, and the real situation of fluid movement in the manifold cannot be obtained through the steady flow test, so the optimized design is proposed about ...

A new look at adapted complex structures
Given a closed real analytic Riemannian manifold, we construct and study a one parameter family of adapted complex structures on the manifold of its geodesics.Comment: 8 ...

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Global Regularity for the ∂-b-Equation on CR Manifolds of Arbitrary Codimension
Let M be a C∞ compact CR manifold of CR-codimension l≥1 and CR-dimension n-l in a complex manifold X of complex dimension n≥3. In this paper, assuming that M satisfies condition Y(s) for some s with 1≤s≤n-l-1, we prove an L2-existence theorem and global ...

Todd genera of complex torus manifolds
In this paper, we prove that the Todd genus of a compact complex manifold $X$ of complex dimension $n$ with vanishing odd degree cohomology is one if the automorphism group of $X$ contains a compact $n$-dimensional torus $\Tn$ as a subgroup. This implies

ERRFI1, a neural crest (NC)‐associated gene, was upregulated in melanoma and negatively correlated with the expression of melanocytic differentiation markers and the susceptibility of melanoma cells toward BRAF inhibitors (BRAFi). Knocking down ERRFI1 significantly increased the sensitivity of melanoma cells to BRAFi.

Weighted Bott-Chern and Dolbeault cohomology for LCK-manifolds with potential
A locally conformally Kahler (LCK) manifold is a complex manifold with a Kahler structure on its covering and the deck transform group acting on it by holomorphic homotheties. One could think of an LCK manifold as of a complex manifold with a Kahler form

Development of therapies targeting cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) necessitates preclinical model systems that faithfully represent CAF–tumor biology. We established an in vitro coculture system of patient‐derived pancreatic CAFs and tumor cell lines and demonstrated its recapitulation of primary CAF–tumor biology with single‐cell transcriptomics ...

Quasi-Statistical Manifolds with Almost Hermitian and Almost Anti-Hermitian Structures
Let (M, g, ∇) be a 2n-dimensional quasi-statistical manifold that admits a pseudo-Riemannian metric g (or h) and a linear connection ∇ with torsion. This paper aims to study an almost Hermitian structure (g, J ) and an almost anti-Hermitian structure (h,
