Ciljevi: Glavni cilj ovog istraživanja je bio ispitati povezanost rane traumatizacije i nastanka posttraumatskog stresnog poremećaja i kompleks posttraumatskog stresnog poremećaja u ratnih veterana. Materijali i metode: Ispitanici su bili 88 ratnih veterana, 40 njih dijagnosticirano s PTSP-om i 48 s kompleks PTSP-om.

Chromatin Accessibility Profiling of the Canine Brain Reveals Regulatory Programs Associated With Dog‐Wolf Divergence and Human Psychiatric Risk

The dog is a valuable model for studying social behavior and neuropsychiatric disease. We generated an ATAC‐seq atlas of 7 brain regions and pituitary from 4 beagles, identifying 251,492 CREs. Integrating dog‐wolf divergence revealed tissue‐specific CREs overlapping divergent loci, including neuronal and neuroendocrine genes.
