Differential forms versus multi-vector functions in Hermitean Clifford analysis

open access: yesCubo, 2011
Similarities are shown between the algebras of complex differential forms and of complex Clifford algebra-valued multi-vector functions in an open region of Euclidean space of even dimension.Se presentan las similitudes entre las álgebras de formas ...

Single‐cell DNA methylation profiling: Technologies, computation, and applications in precision oncology

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single‐cell DNA methylation (scDNAme) profiling maps epimutational clonal evolution, revealing mechanisms of malignancy and therapeutic resistance across diverse cancer types. By providing a high‐resolution landscape of intratumoral heterogeneity, these technologies empower precise patient stratification, guide the development of enhanced ...

Interferon beta drives therapy resistance in a patient‐derived model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Interferon type 1 (IFN‐1) production and signaling is associated with the acquisition of therapy resistance, following chronic DNA damage, via Interferon‐related DNA damage resistance signature (IRDS) gene expression. An alternative, DNA damage‐independent role of sustained IFN‐1 mediated resistance was identified and characterized by the emergence of ...

La complexité morphologique des verbes du créole guadeloupéen

open access: yesÉtudes Créoles
This article aims to show that the morphology of Guadeloupean Creole verbs is more complex than traditionally assumed. Using an authentic lexicon of over 10,000 entries, and within the framework of lexematic morphology, we show that Guadeloupean verbs ...

Spatial biology in cancer epigenetics

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Spatial epigenomics combines molecular profiling with tissue architecture to reveal how gene regulation is organized within intact tissues. In cancer, these technologies uncover the mechanisms driving tumor heterogeneity and microenvironmental interactions, opening new opportunities for biomarker discovery and precision medicine.

Polarization‐resolved femtosecond Vis/IR spectroscopy tailored for resolving weak signals in biological samples using minimal sample volume

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

Polyharmonic hypersurfaces into complex space forms

open access: yesAnnali di Matematica Pura ed Applicata (1923 -)
AbstractWe characterize homogeneous hypersurfaces in complex space forms which arise as critical points of a higher order energy functional. As a consequence, we obtain existence and non-existence results for $$\mathbb{C}\mathbb{P}^n$$ C P

A light‐triggered Time‐Resolved X‐ray Solution Scattering (TR‐XSS) workflow with application to protein conformational dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...
