Detecting homologous recombination deficiency for breast cancer through integrative analysis of genomic data

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study develops a semi‐supervised classifier integrating multi‐genomic data (1404 training/5893 validation samples) to improve homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) detection in breast cancer. Our method demonstrates prognostic value and predicts chemotherapy/PARP inhibitor sensitivity in HRD+ tumours.

Integral type operators from normal weighted Bloch spaces to QT,S spaces

open access: yesJournal of Hebei University of Science and Technology, 2016
Operator theory is an important research content of the analytic function space theory. The discussion of simultaneous operator and function space is an effective way to study operator and function space.

On Nth roots of positive operators [PDF]

open access: yes
A bounded operator A on a Hilbert space H was positive. These operators were symmetric, and as such constitute a natural generalization of nonnegative real diagonal matrices.

TRPM8 levels determine tumor vulnerability to channel agonists

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
TRPM8 is a Ca2+ permissive channel. Regardless of the amount of its transcript, high levels of TRPM8 protein mark different tumors, including prostate, breast, colorectal, and lung carcinomas. Targeting TRPM8 with channel agonists stimulates inward calcium currents followed by emptying of cytosolic Ca2+ stores in cancer cells.

The formal Laplace-Borel transform of Fliess operators and the composition product

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2006
The formal Laplace-Borel transform of an analytic integral operator, known as a Fliess operator, is defined and developed. Then, in conjunction with the composition product over formal power series, the formal Laplace-Borel transform is shown to provide ...

The Completeness Criterion for Closure Operator with the Equality Predicate Branching on the Set of Multioperations on Two-Element Set

open access: yesИзвестия Иркутского государственного университета: Серия "Математика", 2019
Multioperations are operations from a finite set A to set of all subsets of A. The usual composition operator leads to a continuum of closed sets. Therefore, the research of closure operators, which contain composition and other operations becomes ...

Therapeutic applications of a novel humanized monoclonal antibody targeting chemokine receptor CCR9 in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
C–C chemokine receptor type 9 (CCR9) is an immune checkpoint in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Novel anti‐CCR9 antibody SRB2 was evaluated in combination with cytotoxic chemotherapy in PDAC cells, patient‐derived organoids, patient‐derived xenografts, and humanized mouse models.

Path connected components in weighted composition operators on ℎ^{∞} and ^{∞} with the operator norm

open access: yes, 2012
We consider the component problem on the sets of weighted composition operators on the spaces of bounded harmonic and analytic functions on the open unit disk with the operator norms, respectively. Especially, we shall determine path connected components

Some Estimates of Integrals with a Composition Operator

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2010
We give some estimates of integrals with a composition operator, namely, composition of homotopy, differential, and Green's operators , with the Lipschitz and norms. We also have estimates of those integrals with a singular factor.

On the operation of composition of distributions

open access: yesJournal of Physics: Conference Series, 2006
The proofs of the results of P. Antosik [3] on the distributional composition of distributions (in the sense of Mikusinski's theory of irregular operations), which contained essential gaps, are completed due to some measure theory techniques, and the results are generalized.
