Spectra of Some Composition Operators

open access: yesJournal of Functional Analysis, 1994
If \(\mathcal H\) is a Hilbert space of holomorphic functions on the unit ball \(B_ N\) in \({\mathbf C}^ N\) and \(\phi\) is a non-constant holomorphic map of the unit ball into itself, the composition operator \(C_ \varphi\) is the operator on \(\mathcal H\) defined by \(C_ \varphi f= f\circ \varphi\). The authors give spectral properties for bounded

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Integral type operators from normal weighted Bloch spaces to QT,S spaces

open access: yesJournal of Hebei University of Science and Technology, 2016
Operator theory is an important research content of the analytic function space theory. The discussion of simultaneous operator and function space is an effective way to study operator and function space.

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...

The Composition Operator and the Space of the Functions of Bounded Variation in Schramm-Korenblum's Sense [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
We show that the composition operator H, associated with h:[a,b]→ℝ, maps the spaces Lip[a,b] on to the space κBVϕa,b of functions of bounded variation in Schramm-Korenblum's sense if and only if h is locally Lipschitz.

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

The formal Laplace-Borel transform of Fliess operators and the composition product

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2006
The formal Laplace-Borel transform of an analytic integral operator, known as a Fliess operator, is defined and developed. Then, in conjunction with the composition product over formal power series, the formal Laplace-Borel transform is shown to provide ...

The Completeness Criterion for Closure Operator with the Equality Predicate Branching on the Set of Multioperations on Two-Element Set

open access: yesИзвестия Иркутского государственного университета: Серия "Математика", 2019
Multioperations are operations from a finite set A to set of all subsets of A. The usual composition operator leads to a continuum of closed sets. Therefore, the research of closure operators, which contain composition and other operations becomes ...
