The eigenfunctions of a certain composition operator

open access: yes, 1998
. The composition operator on the classical Hardy space H2, induced by a hyperbolic disk automorphism is considered. It is investigated when a H2-function induces under the given operator a minimal invariant cyclic subspace.

Value passing for Communicating Piecewise Deterministic Markov Processes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
In this paper we extend the CPDP model, which is used for compositional specification of PDP-type stochastic hybrid systems, to the value passing CPDP model.

On the closed range problem for composition operators on the Dirichlet space

open access: yesConcrete Operators, 2019
We characterize closed range composition operators on the Dirichlet space for a particular class of composition symbols. The characterization relies on a result about Fredholm Toeplitz operators with BMO1 symbols, and with Berezin transforms of vanishing

Boundedness of composition operators on Morrey spaces and weak Morrey spaces

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2021
In this study, we investigate the boundedness of composition operators acting on Morrey spaces and weak Morrey spaces. The primary aim of this study is to investigate a necessary and sufficient condition on the boundedness of the composition operator ...

Kitai's Criterion for composition operators

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications
We present a general and natural framework to study the dynamics of composition operators on spaces of measurable functions, in which we then reconsider the characterizations for hypercyclic and mixing composition operators obtained by Bayart, Darji and Pires.

Valosin‐containing protein counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its ATPase activity in vitro

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Uniformly continuous composition operators in the space of bounded Φ-variation functions in the Schramm sense [PDF]

open access: yesOpuscula Mathematica, 2012
We prove that any uniformly continuous Nemytskii composition operator in the space of functions of bounded generalized \(\Phi\)-variation in the Schramm sense is affine. A composition operator is locally defined.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

The domain space of an analytic composition operator [PDF]

open access: yes, 1999
In this paper we show that, for analytic composition operators between weighted Bergman spaces (including Hardy spaces) and as far as boundedness, compactness, order boundedness and certain summing properties of the adjoint are concerned, it is possible ...
