A COMPOUNDING ALGORITHM FOR 1-FAULT TOLERANT BROADCAST NETWORKS [PDF]
This theoretical paper presents a new construction algorithm for sparse 1-fault tolerant minimal broadcast networks (1-FTMBNs). To construct a large 1-FTMBN with the algorithm, identical nodes in copies of a broadcast network that is not fault tolerant are connected according to the edge structures of two known 1-FTMBNs with a special property.

Zero-shot learning compound fault diagnosis of bearings
2021 International Joint Conference on Neural Networks (IJCNN), 2021The compound fault signal of bearings is coupled and complex, thereby compound fault diagnosis is a difficult problem in bearing fault diagnosis. The existing deep learning models can extract fault features when there are a large number of labeled compound fault samples.

A Transferable Capsule Network for Decoupling Compound Fault of Machinery
2020 IEEE International Instrumentation and Measurement Technology Conference (I2MTC), 2020As advanced measurement technologies and new generation industry intelligence develops rapidly, the methods based on machine learning, especially on deep learning, have made phenomenal achievements and applications. However, few researches focus on the task of decoupling compound faults under different speeds and loads conditions.

Structure and polytypic faults in Ba4NdMn3O12 compound
Journal of Materials Science, 2008We have studied the structure and polytypic defect formation in the 12R perovskite-type Ba4NdMn3O12 compound. Its structure was characterized using transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Like in the 12R ordered oxides of Ba4CeMn3O12 and Ba4PrMn3O12 (Fuentes et al., J. Solid State Chem.

Compound Rotorcraft Yaw Control Fault Detection
Proceedings of the Vertical Flight Society 76th Annual Forum, 2020Emerging vertical flight concepts being proffered for solutions to the Future Vertical Lift (FVL) mission set such as compound high speed rotorcraft can be designed with multiple, coupled control effectors thus creating redundant systems in one or two more axes to generate control forces and moments which allow for a range of trim states.

A compound fault diagnosis model for gearboxes using correlation information between single faults
Measurement Science and Technology, 2023Abstract Gearboxes are key components of rotating machinery. Performing intelligent fault diagnosis of gearboxes with condition-based monitoring information helps to make reliable decisions on equipment operation and maintenance. Besides single faults, compound faults also are common failure forms of gearboxes.

A Novel Compound Neural Network for Fault Diagnosis
2006 2nd IEEE/ASME International Conference on Mechatronics and Embedded Systems and Applications, 2006Independent Component Analysis (ICA) is a powerful tool for redundancy reduction and nongaussian data analysis. And, Artificial Neural Network (ANN), especially the Self-Organizing Map (SOM) based on unsupervised learning is a kind of excellent method for pattern clustering and recognition. By combining ICA with ANN, we proposed a novel compound neural

Multiple Enhanced Sparse Decomposition for Gearbox Compound Fault Diagnosis
IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, 2020The vibration monitoring of gearboxes is an effective means of ensuring the long-term safe operation of rotating machinery. A gearbox may have more than one fault in actual applications. Therefore, gearbox compound fault diagnosis should be investigated.

Stacking-fault energy of II–VI compounds
Philosophical Magazine A, 1985Abstract Stacking-fault energies on the {111} plane in ZnTe (zinc blende structure) and on the (0001) plane in ZnO (wurtzite structure) have been estimated to be 16 ± 4 and greater than 43 mJ m−2, respectively, by weak-beam electron microscopy of dislocations. The stacking-fault energies of the above crystals and previously obtained ones of other II-VI

Imaging of polytypes and stacking faults in tetrahedral compounds
Acta Crystallographica Section A Foundations of Crystallography, 1983The resolution attained with a JEOL 200CX electron microscope in top-entry configuration has allowed the direct elucidation of the structure of tetrahedrally bonded compounds. Computer simulation methods were used to calculate through-focus series of images at a range of thicknesses and the conditions for which structural features are interpretable on ...
