Polyphosphoramidate Glycohydrogels with Biorecognition Properties and Potential Antibacterial Activity

open access: yesMolecules
In the present study, for the first time, a biodegradable and non-toxic polyphosphoramidate glycohydrogel (PPAGHGel) was prepared by crosslinking a polyphosphoramidate glycoconjugate (PPAG) with hexamethylene diisocyanate (HMDI) under mild conditions ...

Glucose‐Responsive Modified Poly(Propylene Imine) Dendrimer for Self‐Regulated Insulin Delivery

open access: yesMacromolecular Materials and Engineering, Volume 311, Issue 1, January 2026.
Poly(propylene imine) dendrimers functionalized with phenolboronic acid (PBA) are synthesized and modified to develop a glucose‐sensitive system with a pKa of ∼7.4. Also, the equilibrium binding constant (Keq‐tet) for PBA‐attached G4 dendrimer (HB‐CBA) was determined to be 79 m−1.

In Vivo Toxicity of Concanavalin A

open access: yesExperimental Biology and Medicine, 1974
SummaryCon A administered intravenously in doses of 200-800 μg produced atrophy of lymphoid tissues, vascular endothelial damage and focal hepatic necrosis. At the highest dose given, up to 30% of the mice died within two days of what appeared to be acute hepatic failure. The injection of up to 2000 μg Con A ip produced only local inflammatory changes.

In vitro immunosuppressive effects of FR 900506 on human T lymphocyte alloactivation [PDF]

open access: yes, 1987
FR 900506 (FR) is a new immunosuppressive drug which prolongs allograft survival. Our studies have compared the in vitro inhibitory effects of FR and cyclosporine (CsA) on human lymphocyte proliferation.

Regulation and Mechanism of Deleted in Breast Cancer‐1 on Dendritic Cell Function in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 7, Issue 1, January 2026.
LPS‐stimulated DC activation upregulated DBC1. DBC1‐deficient DC ameliorated murine SLE symptoms. DBC1 deficiency suppressed immune responses in DC. DBC1 deficiency lowered STAT5 expression and subsequent phosphorylation. STAT5 overexpression abolished murine SLE remission primed by DBC1 deficiency.
