Concomitant Intake of Nortriptyline and Carbamazepine
Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, 1993A 73-year-old woman with bipolar manic-depressive illness was treated with nortriptyline, 75 mg/day, for more than 2 years. At this dose her mean (+/- SD) serum nortriptyline concentration (SNT) was 355 +/- 49 nM (n = 13). Nevertheless, the patient again was depressed and was admitted to initiate prophylactic treatment with carbamazepine.

Life Tables with Concomitant Information
Biometrics, 1976A regression model for the analysis of survival data adjusting for concomitant information is developed. The model presented can lead to the log linear exponential model (Glasser [1967]) and the life table regression model of Cox [1972]. In addition, the model described can be used to analyze data from the commonly employed actuarial life table.
