3D Digital Light Processing of Redox‐Active Polymers for Electrochemical Applications
3D printing of electrochemically switchable conducting polymers is achieved by Digital Light Processing of redox‐active carbazole‐based polymer materials. Complex 2D and 3D architectures including dot arrays and pyramids clearly show the potential for novel 3D switchable electrochemical devices for sensors, electrochromic displays as well as 3D printed

Computational condensed matter physics
In the high pressure laboratory at BARC, we are pursuing a program to study the behaviour of materials under static and dynamic pressures. Theoretical component has been an integral part for guiding and interpreting new experiments. The initial phase of such efforts was devoted to the development of equation of state models at arbitrary temperatures ...

Fe─NC porous oxygen reduction electrocatalysts are prepared employing a 2,4,6‐Triaminopyrimidine‐based porous organic polymer, a Mg2+ Lewis acid, and a low‐temperature cation exchange protocol. Using the polymer precursor achieves high pyrolysis yields and results in atomically dispersed FeNx sites. The resulting catalysts feature hierarchical porosity

A roll‐to‐roll exfoliation method is demonstrated that preserves the crystallographic alignment of anisotropic 2D materials over large areas, enabling scalable fabrication of directional electronic and optoelectronic devices. Abstract Anisotropic 2D materials such as black phosphorus (BP), GeS or CrSBr, exhibit direction‐dependent optical and ...

Spectrally Tunable 2D Material‐Based Infrared Photodetectors for Intelligent Optoelectronics
Intelligent optoelectronics through spectral engineering of 2D material‐based infrared photodetectors. Abstract The evolution of intelligent optoelectronic systems is driven by artificial intelligence (AI). However, their practical realization hinges on the ability to dynamically capture and process optical signals across a broad infrared (IR) spectrum.

Emergent nanoscale superparamagnetism at oxide interfaces
Interfaces between complex oxides can exhibit diverse emergent phenomena, such as magnetic and superconducting order. Here, the authors evidence the emergence of nanoislands with a thickness dependent transition from superparamagnetic to ferromagnetic ...
