Generative Models for Crystalline Materials
Generative machine learning models are increasingly used in crystalline materials design. This review outlines major generative approaches and assesses their strengths and limitations. It also examines how generative models can be adapted to practical applications, discusses key experimental considerations for evaluating generated structures, and ...

Learning from Conditional Probabilities
Bayesianism, that is, the formal capturing of belief in terms of probabilities, has had a major impact in cognitive science. Decades of research have examined lay reasoners' learning and reasoning with probabilities. The bulk of that research has concerned the response to new evidence.

An in situ electroplating approach for MEX 3D printing is proposed, enabling copper deposition during the fabrication of conductive polymers. The method combines a printer‐integrated plating head, ML‐based g‐code control, and stop‐and‐go printing, achieving near‐bulk copper conductivity and enabling fully embedded, assembly‐free electronic components ...

Stable Imitation of Multigait and Bipedal Motions for Quadrupedal Robots Over Uneven Terrains
How are quadrupedal robots empowered to execute complex navigation tasks, including multigait and bipedal motions? Challenges in stability and real‐world adaptation persist, especially with uneven terrains and disturbances. This article presents an imitation learning framework that enhances adaptability and robustness by incorporating long short‐term ...

New Normative Standards of Conditional Reasoning and the Dual-Source Model
There has been a major shift in research on human reasoning towards Bayesian and probabilistic approaches, which has been called a new paradigm. The new paradigm sees most everyday and scientific reasoning as taking place in a context of uncertainty, and

Further characterization based on conditional expectations: new and extended findings
On the basis of conditional expectation of a random variable function, we present few characterization findings in this study. For a given function g, [Formula: see text], we present necessary and sufficient conditions for characterization results in ...

Conditional Probability Operators
The study of laws of random variables is facilitated by various methods of representing these laws. The distribution function and characteristic function have played an important role, and the functional representation of the law of a random variable $X$ as a mapping $T$ of the bounded Borel functions into the real line given by $Tg = Eg(X)$ connects ...

PDAC has a poor prognosis due to chemoresistance. We revealed that MCU upregulation is associated with chemoresistance and stemness in PDAC. MCU‐mediated Ca2+ influx induced ER stress, activating the PERK‐ATF4/NRF2 axis to enhance PSAT1/SLC711 expression and glutathione synthesis, reducing ROS and maintaining stemness.

Specification of the Conditional Expectation by Simple Linear Regression Model For Binomial Distribution Conditioned with Varying Sample Size. [PDF]
In this research, we consider the study of conditional expectation and it's relationship with regression model. The conditional expectation has a linear form which is specified as a simple linear regression model. The power transformation was used on the
