Condoms and warts [PDF]

open access: yesSexually Transmitted Infections, 2000
Editor,—Wen et al 1 should be applauded for their attempt to address the key question of whether or not condoms protect people from genital warts. However, some of the major study variables need clarifying, as they did not match up with my knowledge of the Sydney Sexual Health Centre (SSHC) database.

T Cell Glycoengineering to Modulate Immune‐Tumor Crosstalk: A Universal Non‐Genetic Strategy for Enhanced Tumor Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study describes a T cell surface engineering strategy that integrates polymer materials with tumor immunology, aiming to achieve broad‐spectrum anti‐tumor applications of glycopolymer‐engineered T (G‐T) cells via non‐genetic modification. Glycopolymer engineering generally modulates immune‐tumor crosstalk through specific cell‐cell interactions ...

Hyperviscous Diabetic Bone Marrow Niche Impairs BMSCs Osteogenesis via TRPV2‐Mediated Cytoskeletal‐Nuclear Mechanotransduction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Diabetic bone marrow exhibits pathological ECM hyperviscosity that activates TRPV2‐mediated Ca2⁺ influx, leading to perinuclear F‐actin disassembly, nuclear deformation, and chromatin condensation. This cytoskeletal‐nuclear decoupling suppresses osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs.
