Multi‐omics and low‐input proteomics profiling reveals dynamic regulation driving pluripotency initiation in early mouse embryos

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Mouse pre‐implantation development involves a transition from totipotency to pluripotency. Integrating transcriptomics, epigenetic profiling, low‐input proteomics and functional assays, we show that eight‐cell embryos retain residual totipotency features, whereas cytoskeletal remodeling regulated by the ubiquitin‐proteasome system drives progression ...

Preparação de nanocompósitos através do encapsulamento de polímeros condutores em 2H-MoS2 e 1T-TiS2 Preparation of nanocomposites based on the encapsulation of conducting polymers into 2H-MoS2 and 1T-TiS2

open access: yesQuímica Nova, 1997
Nanocomposites obtained by the encapsulation of conducting polymers such as polyaniline and polydiphenylamine in 2H-MoS2 and 1T-TiS2 are synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrophotometry.

Bridge Hopping on Conducting Polymers in Solution

open access: yes, 2000
Configurational fluctuations of conducting polymers in solution can bring into proximity monomers which are distant from each other along the backbone. Electrons can hop between these monomers across the "bridges" so formed. We show how this can lead to (

Conductive Polymers [PDF]

open access: yes, 2002
Electroluminescent devices such as light-emitting diodes (LED) and high-energy density batteries. These new polymers offer cost savings, weight reduction, ease of processing, and inherent rugged design compared to conventional semiconductor materials. The photovoltaic industry has grown more than 30% during the past three years.

Olink Proteomics Analysis Reveals Heterogeneous Responses to FcRn Blockade in Anti‐AChR Antibody‐Positive Myasthenia Gravis: FGF‐19 as a Novel Biomarker

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective This study aimed to systematically observe the clinical manifestations, immune cell subsets, and dynamic changes in serological indicators in patients with myasthenia gravis (MG) before and after efgartigimod (EFG) treatment. Methods We analyzed the baseline data, laboratory parameters, and lymphocyte subset proportions in MG ...

Bistable Mechanisms 3D Printing for Mechanically Programmable Vibration Control

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This work introduces a 3D‐printed bistable mechanism integrated into tuned mass dampers (TMDs) for mechanically adaptive passive vibration suppression. Through optimized geometry, the bistable design provides adaptable vibration reduction across a broad range of scenarios, achieving effective vibration mitigation without complex controls or external ...

Morphology controls the thermoelectric power factor of a doped semiconducting polymer. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
The electrical performance of doped semiconducting polymers is strongly governed by processing methods and underlying thin-film microstructure. We report on the influence of different doping methods (solution versus vapor) on the thermoelectric power ...

Enhancing Corrosion Resistance and Mechanical Strength of 3D‐Printed Iron Polylactic Acid for Marine Applications via Laser Surface Texturing

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Laser surface texturing significantly improves the corrosion resistance and mechanical strength of 3D‐printed iron polylactic acid (Ir‐PLA) for marine applications. Optimal laser parameters reduce corrosion by 80% and enhance tensile strength by 25% and ductility by 15%.
