A Novel Decellularized Fibrocartilage Graft Promotes Tympanic Membrane Repair
An off‐the‐shelf decellularized porcine meniscus fibrocartilage graft (MEND) is engineered for pediatric tympanoplasty. Featuring a microchannel architecture that promotes host cell invasion, MEND rapidly closes tympanic membrane perforations and fully remodels in vivo, outperforming fascia and matching cartilage grafts while avoiding donor‐site ...

Aqueous Two‐Phase Bioinks for Discrete Packing and Compartmentalization of 3D Bioprinted Cells
Aqueous two‐phase systems (ATPS) enable the formation of biomimetic interfaces crucial for tissue engineering. However, clinical translation remains limited by the challenge of precisely controlling cellular compartmentalization. Here, we developed ATPS biomaterial inks for 3D bioprinting allowing tuneable droplet formation via NaCl modulation.

This study presents a bioengineered assembloid (ASM) system combining glioblastoma (GBM) cells in oxidized alginate (OA) microgels with dorsal organoids (DOs). This model simulates brain tumor‐host interactions, revealing enhanced GBM invasion, altered gene expression, and aggressive infiltration patterns, demonstrating ASM as a valuable platform for ...

Penetration resistance in a latosol under different moisture and penetration speeds
The soil penetration resistance has been used to represent the compaction situation and several authors have attempted to relate the cone index (CI) with the bulk density.

Human periosteum‐derived cell spheroids bioprinted at high density within a hyaluronic acid matrix promote fusion and hypertrophic cartilage formation in vitro. Early encapsulation enhances spheroid interaction and matrix maturation, generating scalable cartilage templates intended for endochondral bone regeneration.

BOUNDS FOR A CONE-TYPE MULTIPLIER OPERATOR OF NEGATIVE INDEX IN [PDF]
AbstractIn this paper we obtain some sharp ${L}^{p} - {L}^{q} $ estimates and the restricted weak-type endpoint estimates for the multiplier operator of negative order associated with conic surfaces in ${ \mathbb{R} }^{3} $ which have finite type degeneracy.

On-the-go sensor with embedded load cells for measuring soil mechanical resistance [PDF]
Soil compaction is an important degradation phenomenon that can affect root growth, and consequently crop yield. Therefore it becomes relevant to have soil compaction data for future improvements on precision agriculture management.
