Cerebral lesions are rare in hairy cell leukemia (HCL), and its incidence remains to be determined. Identifying the cause can be challenging. In this report, we present a case of brain lesions occurring several years after diagnosis.

Strongly path-confluent mappings
In this paper, we introduce a new class of path-confluent mapping, called strongly path-confluent maps. We discuss and study some characterizations and some basic properties of this class of mappings.

A Note on Superspirals of Confluent Type
Superspirals include a very broad family of monotonic curvature curves, whose radius of curvature is defined by a completely monotonic Gauss hypergeometric function.

On Strict (Outer-)Confluent Graphs [PDF]
A strict confluent (SC) graph drawing is a drawing of a graph with vertices as points in the plane, where vertex adjacencies are represented not by individual curves but rather by unique smooth paths through a planar system of junctions and arcs.

A Connection Formula for the q-Confluent Hypergeometric Function
We show a connection formula for the $q$-confluent hypergeometric functions ${}_2varphi_1(a,b;0;q,x)$. Combining our connection formula with Zhang's connection formula for ${}_2varphi_0(a,b;-;q,x)$, we obtain the connection formula for the $q$-confluent ...

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Applications of Confluent Hypergeometric Function in Strong Superordination Theory
In the research presented in this paper, confluent hypergeometric function is embedded in the theory of strong differential superordinations. In order to proceed with the study, the form of the confluent hypergeometric function is adapted taking into ...

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.
