Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Schrödinger Potentials with Polynomial Solutions of Heun-Type Equations
The present review discusses the solution of the Heun, confluent, biconfluent, double confluent, and triconfluent equations in terms of polynomial expansions, and applies the results to generate exactly solvable Schrödinger potentials. Although there are

Proximal femoral anatomy and collared stems in hip arthroplasty: is a single collar size sufficient?
Background Even if the benefits of collars are unclear, they remain widely used, in several femoral stem designs. This study aimed to determine whether collar size should be proportional to hip dimensions and morphology.

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Given \(2n\) data, the interpolating exponential sum \(\sum^ n_{i=1}A_ i\exp(\alpha_ ix)\) is to be determined. If the \(x_ j\)'s are equally spaced, then Prony's classical method may be applied. Typically, first the quantities \(\exp(\alpha_ i h)\) are obtained as the roots of a polynomial of degree \(n\).
