Matrix-Formation Dynamics Dictate Methyl Nitrite Conformer Abundance
Methyl nitrite has two stable conformational isomers resulting from rotation about the primary C-O-N-O dihedral angle: cis-CH3ONO and trans-CH3ONO, with cis being more stable by ~5 kJ/mol. The barrier to rotational interconversion (~45 kJ/mol) is too large for isomerization to occur under ambient conditions.

Linear conformable differential system and its controllability
This article deals with the sequential conformable linear equations. We have focused on the solution techniques of these equations and particularly on the controllability conditions of the time-invariant system.

Conformalized matrix completion
Matrix completion aims to estimate missing entries in a data matrix, using the assumption of a low-complexity structure (e.g., low rank) so that imputation is possible. While many effective estimation algorithms exist in the literature, uncertainty quantification for this problem has proved to be challenging, and existing methods are extremely ...

Heparin-dependent regulation of fibronectin matrix conformation [PDF]
Extracellular matrix (ECM) conformation is regulated by a variety of stimuli in vivo, including mechanical forces and allosteric binding partners, and these conformational changes contribute to the regulation of cell behavior. Heparin and heparan sulfate, for example, have been shown to regulate the sequestration and presentation of numerous growth ...

In this paper, we consider a conformable fractional differential equation with a constant coefficient and obtain an approximation for this equation using the Radu–Mihet method, which is derived from the alternative fixed- point theorem.

Conformational triggers associated with influenza matrix protein 1 polymerization [PDF]
A central role for the influenza matrix protein 1 (M1) is to form a polymeric coat on the inner leaflet of the host membrane that ultimately provides shape and stability to the virion. M1 polymerizes upon binding membranes, but triggers for conversion of M1 from a water-soluble component of the nucleus and cytosol into an oligomer at the membrane ...

Practical Stability for Conformable Time-Delay Systems
This article investigates the practical exponential stability and design problems of conformable time-delay systems. Sufficient conditions that confirm the practical exponential stability and design of the proposed class of systems are given by utilizing

Multiprocess 3D printing of sodium-ion batteries via vat photopolymerization and direct ink writing
In this work, the ability to print shape-conformable batteries with multi-process additive manufacturing is reported. Vat photopolymerization (VPP) 3D printing process is employed to manufacture gel polymer electrolytes (GPEs) for sodium-ion batteries ...
