Generating Conformational Transitions Using the Euclidean Distance Matrix
IEEE Transactions on NanoBioscience, 2015Elastic network interpolation (ENI) is an efficient method for generating intermediate conformations between two end protein conformations. Conformational composition of 1-butanol in matrix isolation
Low Temperature Physics, 2021IR absorption spectra of 1-butanol isolated in an argon matrix were obtained at temperatures from 10 to 50 K. The conformational behavior of 1-butanol was analyzed using the results of quantum-chemical simulation of the structure and vibrational spectra of its small clusters.

Journal of the Chemical Society, Chemical Communications, 1982Partial photolysis with plane-polarized light of phenyl azide in N2 matrices at 12 K yields samples with dichroic i.r. spectra, analysis of which excludes C2v and bisected-Cs geometries for phenyl azide, and suggests a planar-Cs or nearly planar conformation.
