An Eyeball‐Movement‐Inspired Multi‐DOF Miniature Piezoelectric Actuator with Strong Load‐Driving Capability

Inspired by the eye movements of humans, a multi‐degree‐of‐freedom (multi‐DOF) miniature piezoelectric actuator with a square‐circular ring structure is proposed.
