Investigation of the Functional Characteristics of Injection Molds with Conformal Cooling Channels

사출 성형은 플라스틱 제품 제조에 널리 사용되는 제조 공정으로 고온으로 용융된 수지가 금형을 채워 제품을 성형한다. 성형 이후에는 금형에 냉각수를 순환시켜 냉각시키는 냉각 공정이 수반되는데 통상적으로 직선형으로 냉각 회로가 설계된다. 본 연구에서는 케이스형 제품 성형을 위한 세 가지 형상적응형 냉각 회로를 설계하고 수치 해석을 통해 냉각 성능을 분석하여 기존의 회로와 비교하였다. 또한 사출성형품 후변형 해석을 실시하여 형상 적응형 냉각 회로로 인한 온도 균일화가 제품의 치수 안정성에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다.
