Triple Conformal Geometric Algebra for Cubic Plane Curves
Mathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences, 2017The triple conformal geometric algebra (TCGA) for the Euclidean ‐plane extends CGA as the product of 3 orthogonal CGAs and thereby the representation of geometric entities to general cubic plane curves and certain cyclidic (or roulette) quartic, quintic, and sextic plane curves.

Notes on Differential Kinematics in Conformal Geometric Algebra Approach
2015We consider different elements of a 5D conformal geometric algebra (CGA) as moving geometric objects whose final position is given by a specific kinematic chain. We show the form of the differential kinematics equations for different CGA elements, in particular point pairs, spheres and their centres.

Human like vision using conformal geometric algebra
Proceedings 2006 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation, 2006. ICRA 2006., 2006In this paper we introduce a conformal model for stereoscopic perception systems. This model fuses stereoscopic views using an extended 3D horopter concept. This model is suitable for building a powerful binocular head for humanoids, intuitive man-machine interfaces and advanced 3D automated visual ...

Geometric Product of Two Oriented Points in Conformal Geometric Algebra
Advances in Applied Clifford AlgebrasThe author studies products of oriented points in the framework of conformal geometric algebra (CGA) of the three-dimensional Euclidean space, i.e., the Clifford algebra \(Cl(4,1)\). After a brief introduction, the notion of an oriented point in CGA is explained in detail, and then the geometric product of such points is calculated explicitly in ...

Parameterization of 3D Conformal Transformations in Conformal Geometric Algebra
2010Conformal geometric algebra is a powerful mathematical language for describing and manipulating geometric configurations and their conformal transformations. By providing a 5D algebraic representation of 3D geometric configurations, conformal geometric algebra proves to be very helpful in pose estimation, motion design, and neuron-based machine ...

Target Calibration and Tracking Using Conformal Geometric Algebra
2006This paper is about real-time refinement of the 3D positions of a large number of stationary point-targets from a sequence of 2D images which are taken by a hand-held, calibrated camera group. To cope with the large data quantity arriving rapidly, an efficient iterative algorithm was developed. The problem and solution are expressed entirely within the

An Algorithm for Fuzzy Clustering Based on Conformal Geometric Algebra
2014Geometric algebra(GA) is a generalization of complex numbers and quaternions. It is able to describe spatial objects and the geometric relations between them. ConformalGA(CGA) is a part of GA and it’s vector is found that points, lines, planes, circles and spheres gain particularly natural and computationally amenable representations.
