Lie-symmetry vector fields for linear and nonlinear wave equations
We derive the Lie symmetry vector fields for the linear wave equation .. u=0 and nonlinear wave equation .. u=u 3. The conformal vector fields for the underlying metric tensor fieldg are also given.

Conformal Mappings of Mixed Generalized Quasi-Einstein Manifolds Admitting Special Vector Fields
It is known that Einstein manifolds form a natural subclass of the class of quasi-Einstein manifolds and plays an important role in geometry as well as in general theory of relativity.

Liquid Crystalline Elastomers in Soft Robotics: Assessing Promise and Limitations
Liquid crystalline elastomers (LCEs) are programmable soft materials that undergo large, anisotropic deformation in response to external stimuli. Their molecular alignment encodes directional actuation in a monolithic structure, making them long‐standing candidates for soft robotic systems.

Compliant Pneumatic Feet with Real‐Time Stiffness Adaptation for Humanoid Locomotion
A compliant pneumatic foot with real‐time variable stiffness enables humanoid robots to adapt to changing terrains. Using onboard vision and pressure control, the foot modulates stiffness within each gait cycle, reducing impact forces and improving balance. The design, cast in soft silicone with embedded air chambers and Kevlar wrapping, offers durable,

On the extendability of conformal vector fields of 2-dimensional manifolds
Let g be a pseudo-Riemannian metric on a 2-dimensional manifold M. We prove that a conformal vector field of g|M∖{p}, where p∈M, can be uniquely extended to a conformal vector field of g provided its conformal factor is ...

Malectin alleviates high glucose‐induced ER stress and damage in placental trophoblasts, a function dependent on its six critical carbohydrate‐binding residues. In a GDM mouse model, administration of TAT‐Malectin ameliorated hyperglycemia and placental ER stress and prevented fetal macrosomia.

This study reveals that metformin promotes glucuronic acid metabolism in lung adenocarcinoma by activating UGDH S476 phosphorylation and enhancing the conversion of UDPG to UDPGA based on metabolomics analysis. Through compound virtual screening, it is found that plantainoside targeting UGDH downstream UXS1 leads to UDPGA toxicity accumulation ...

Consensus Formation and Change are Enhanced by Neutrality
Neutral agents are shown to enhance both the formation and overturning of consensus in collective decision‐making. A general mathematical model and experiments with locusts and humans reveal that neutrality enables robust consensus via simple interactions and accelerates consensus change by reducing effective population size.

This study identifies the HDAC6/GATA4/HtrA1 axis as a critical driver of cellular senescence in the inner ear. GATA4 nuclear translocation, facilitated by HDAC6 downregulation, transcriptionally activates HtrA1, promoting hair cell senescence, SASP, and audio‐vestibular dysfunction in models of Ménière's disease and age‐related audio‐vestibular ...

On The Triviality Of $m$-Modified Conformal Vector Fields
We prove that a compact Riemannian manifold $M$ does not admit any non-trivial $m$-modified homothetic vector fields. In the corresponding case of an $m$-modified conformal vector field $V$, we establish an inequality that implies the triviality of $V ...
