Global Conformational Dynamics in Ras
Biochemistry, 2008Ras and its homologues are central to regulation of a multitude of cellular processes. Ras in complex with GTP binds and activates its downstream signaling partners. (31)P NMR studies indicated that the Ras-GTP conformation is heterogeneous on a millisecond time scale, but details of its conformational dynamics remain unknown.

Conformational Dynamics of Strand Register Shifts in DNA G-quadruplexes.
Journal of the American Chemical Society, 2019The complex folding energy landscape of DNA G-quadruplexes leads to numerous conformations for this functionally important class of non-canonical DNA structures. A new layer of conformational heterogeneity comes from sequences with different numbers of G-

We have seen that models of dynamical breaking of the electroweak symmetry are theoretically appealing and constitute one of the best motivated natural extensions of the standard model. These are also among the most challenging models to work with since they require deep knowledge of gauge dynamics in a regime where perturbation theory fails.

Dynamics of conformational transitions in polymers
Journal of Polymer Science: Polymer Symposia, 1984AbstractA review is presented of research on several aspects of the dynamics of conformational transitions in polymers. Brownian dynamics computer simulations of polymer chains show that transitions occur frequently in a correlated fashion involving cranklike counterrotation of two parallel bonds.

Conformation dynamics of macromolecules
International Journal of Quantum Chemistry, 1987AbstractThe locality of conformational state with relation to the asymmetry in potential is proved. The adequacy of harmonic approximation of conformation wave function is discussed. Then, on the grounds of the rigorous definition of the conformation‐vibrational state, the role of vibration in the information transmission and cooperativity is discussed
