A nano‐interception strategy disrupts pathogenic fibroblast–macrophage crosstalk in chronic heart failure. Scalable Prussian blue nanoparticles selectively sequester CCL2 via ultrahigh‐affinity binding, preventing CCR2+ macrophage recruitment and breaking a key fibro‐inflammatory circuit. This approach demonstrates robust efficacy in murine and porcine

By integrating data from in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo models, our research identifies the MARV glycoprotein as a remarkable hemorrhagic factor, filling a major gap in this important field. It also provides practical experimental tools for the basic research on viral pathogenesis and applied research aimed at antiviral intervention for hemorrhagic ...

A flexible, ultrathin multi‐channel microelectrode array (MEA) conformally integrated onto a curved slide‐well enables stable electrical interfacing with 3D cardiac organoids. The geometry‐guided self‐alignment allows simultaneous recording of extracellular field potentials and contractile motion from irregular, beating tissues.

Novel multi-rate multicast congestion control algorithm
A novel congestion control mechanism based on packet-bunch probe and TCP throughput formula(PTMCC) was proposed. This receiver-driven multi-rate multicast congestion control mechanism probes available bandwidth by packet-bunch and gets TCP-friendly rate ...

Research on the Traffic Flow Control of Urban Occasional Congestion Based on Catastrophe Theory
Aimed at the problem of occasional congestion control, the cusp catastrophe theory is used to establish the catastrophe model of the urban road system under occasional congestion, finding breakpoints and analyzing stability after urban road system ...

STAIR: Practical AIMD Multirate Congestion Control [PDF]
Existing approaches for multirate multicast congestion control are either friendly to TCP only over large time scales or introduce unfortunate side effects, such as significant control traffic, wasted bandwidth, or the need for modifications to existing ...

Hepatocyte BDNF Acts as a Novel Immune Checkpoint to Restrain TLR4‐Mediated Acute Hepatitis
This study identifies hepatocyte‐derived BDNF as an endogenous TLR4 antagonist that alleviates acute hepatitis. BDNF is downregulated in hepatocytes via REST‐mediated transcriptional repression during ALI/ALF. Mechanistically, BDNF binds to TLR4 on macrophages to suppress inflammation.

End-to-End TCP Congestion Control for Mobile Applications
This paper addresses the re-engineering of congestion control for TCP applications over networks with coupled wireless links. Using queueing delay as a congestion measure, we show that optimal TCP congestion control can be achieved by developing window ...

On-Line End-to-End Congestion Control
Congestion control in the current Internet is accomplished mainly by TCP/IP. To understand the macroscopic network behavior that results from TCP/IP and similar end-to-end protocols, one main analytic technique is to show that the the protocol maximizes ...

Peptide dendrimer–based nanoplatform with mitochondria‐targeting capability was developed for synergistic chemo‐photothermal therapy. The system promotes efficient transcytosis, induces mitochondrial dysfunction, triggers immunogenic cell death (ICD), and enhance antitumor immunity by promoting dendritic cell maturation and T‐cell activation, resulting
