Entropy Decoding the Fundamental Law of Phase Competition in Glass Formation
We validate the integration of intermetallic and eutectic phases as initial phases for composition design. The phase competition mechanism in glass formation is quantitatively clarified based on the melting entropy of competing phases. Glass‐forming ability is modulated by tuning phase competition via the melting entropy of initial phases.

The notion of endomorphism congruence considered in this paper has a close connection with the notion of result. To say most generally, results are fractions such that their numerators are elements of a certain linear space while their denominators are injective endomorphisms of that space.

The phase transition of supercritical CO2 induces the foaming of dense MXene film without compromise inherent structure of MXene nanosheet. The foamed porous MXene film manifests remarkable EMI shielding and infrared thermal camouflage performances. Moreover, the foaming strategy is broadly adaptable and can be extended to other two‐dimensional films ...

Expanded NCAM1+EpCAM+ hepatic progenitor cells in biliary atresia are characterized by aggregation of α‐synuclein. This pathological protein potentiates cellular susceptibility to GSH‐dependent redox dyshomeostasis, induces unstable biliary cell fate specification, and subsequently drives aberrant biliary regeneration.

Relation products of congruences and factor congruences [PDF]
Let \(A_ 1\), \(A_ 2\) be algebras of the same type. Denote by \(\pi_ i\) the canonical projection from the Cartesian product \(A_ 1\times A_ 2\) onto \(A_ i\), \(i=1,2\). Then \(\Pi_ i= \text{Ker }\pi_ i\), \(i=1,2\), are called factor congruences on \(A_ 1\times A_ 2\).

Phylogenetic and biochemical analyses of the heme transporter CydDC reveal its functional conservation throughout bacterial evolution and demonstrate its unique asymmetric allosteric mechanism. Furthermore, impairment of CydDC function directly affects bacterial antibiotic resistance and likely compromises antibiotic efficacy through drug efflux.

In this paper, we introduce and study the Tricomi continuants, a family of tridiagonal determinants forming a Sheffer sequence closely related to the Tricomi polynomials and the Laguerre polynomials.

Inhibition of KDELR2 in a small fraction of tumor cells generates sustainable immunogenic cell death conditions within the tumor microenvironment. These conditions promote the regression of tumors in a T cell independent manner. During regression, macrophages prime T cells that subsequently provide systemic protection against recurrence. The potency of

The structure of the n-th roots of unity in residue rings of prime ideals P over p in algebraic number fields 177 [PDF]
Let 𝕂 be an algebraic number field and let O𝕂 be its ring of integers. In this paper, we study the structure of incongruent solutions of xn ≡ 1 (mod Pa) in O𝕂, where P is a prime ideal, in order to apply these results to solving xn = 1 over the P-adic ...
