We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Extracting Logic Circuit Structure from Conjunctive Normal Form Descriptions †
— Boolean Satisfiability is seeing increasing use as a decision procedure in Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and other domains. Most applications encode their domain specific constraints in Conjunctive Normal Form (CNF), which is accepted as input by ...

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

As a contribution to automated set-theoretic inferencing, a translation is proposed of conjunctions of literals of the forms x=y∖z, x≠y∖z, and z=x, where x,y,z stand for variables ranging over the von Neumann universe of sets, into quantifier-free ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Disjunctive and Conjunctive Normal Form Explanations of Clusters Using Auxiliary Information
We consider generating post-hoc explanations of clusters generated from various datasets using auxiliary information which was not used by clustering algorithms. Following terminology used in previous work, we refer to the auxiliary information as tags.

Linearity and Regularity with Negation Normal Form ∗
Proving completeness of NC-resolution under a linear restriction has been elusive; it is proved here for formulas in negation normal form. The proof uses a generalization of the Anderson-Bledsoe excess literal argument, which was developed for resolution.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...
